I'm an IT professional with over a decade of experience keeping high-availability financial systems online, stable and compliant. My work sits at the intersection of application support, production support and DevOps — the layer between "the code works" and "the business trusts it."

In production support, I own incident response end-to-end: triage, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews that actually prevent repeats, across trading, settlement and reporting platforms where every minute of downtime has a P&L impact.

On the application support side, I bridge engineering and the business — managing releases, patching, environment health and vendor platforms, so end users get a system that simply works.

And in DevOps, I build the pipelines, monitoring and automation that make reliability repeatable: CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability dashboards and on-call tooling tuned specifically for regulated finance environments.
